Lamar Valley, ‘the Serengeti of Yellowstone’, so called, is full of scenic wonders. None more vibrant and gorgeous than the red fox who appeared one winter day at the Buffalo Ranch. The lady had come to ‘mouse’, She was business like, she was beautiful, and she was plenty camera savvy. Often looking straight into the camera lens, she seemed to say: “are you getting this?” Happily, I was. And she will forever be The Red Fox of Lamar.
